How to Knit the “Rosie” Baby Blanket [Free Video Tutorial & Written Pattern!]

***You can purchase an INEXPENSIVE AD-FREE PDF of this pattern on Ravelry HERE or Etsy HERE***

Meet Rosie! A geometric joy of a blanket! With a slightly longer 20 row repeat than blanket’s that have come before her, she is the perfect project for an adventurous beginner to tackle.

Still with the clean lines and striking illusion pattern that I love, Rosie consists of Garter Stitch & Stockinette Triangles and whilst this isn’t a reversible pattern, the wrong side is still clean and tidy, what more could you ask for?

I’ve used a striking raspberry shade for my sample blanket, but I have no doubt that Rosie will work in any colour you choose and I’m excited to see what other variations pop up in the future! Please tag me in your makes, or drop a comment here, I love to hear from you all 🙂

My instructions produce a baby blanket approximately 60cm x 80cm, but for those of you wanting to adjust this size, it can easily be done using the pattern multiple of 8+4 for the middle panel, and an additional 18 stitches for the garter stitch edging.
